Planning meeting for Quixote's Cabaret Club and Bar - Black Rock City 2006

Want to be part of a theme camp? Then maybe Quixote's is for you. We're a collection of 30-odd Euroburners who get together in Black Rock City to build a bar and cabaret club. Come and join one of the Playa's most talked-about events.
Note: this really is a planning meeting, so come prepared to talk about trucks, driving, costs, staging, shopping, generators, building, food, scaffolding, shade structures, and fucking bolts for that fucking dome etc. If anyone's already got flight times booked, can you bring 'em along, plus notes on ride-share, camping etc.
