Santi - Would prefer saturday. Think a meeting on saturday afternoon, earlyish, would be best.
Michael can only make it in the evening, as he's working till 8.30

Who is in on the group thing?
Collecting cash.
Food - quantities, menu, cooking rota, Cooking equipment and if it needs to be shipped, food shopping.
Water - quantities, purchase & transport. Will we buy water for showers etc? Or wil people pay for their own water, and do what they like with it?
Communication - some people are not receiving Yahoo group updatres. Need another medium of communication. Preferably one where we can upload documents and files.
The meeting will be held at Santi's house at 2pm. Address: 177 Breakspears Rd, SE4 1UA. Catch the overground train from London Bridge Station to Brockley. Alternatively, catch the East London Line to New Cross or New Cross Gate, and catch the 171 or 172 to Brockley. Get off opposite the Esso garage. I think its Esso. Yeah, I'm sure it's Esso ( I remember thinking of Tessa the Esso tiger whenever I walk past it...). Meeting to start at 2pm.
