Meeting at the venue on Saturday
Objective: do a tour of the space - looking at what activities are in different areas, what decor we have that could be put where and what decor we need to create. If we can plan the usage of the space and what we need to create / procure then we can divvy up tasks between various people who have expressed interest in helping with decor? That way people can take responsibility for various tasks. It can be hard to coordinate meetings where we all get together to make and do, and more tea than anything else tends to be made at large group meetings : )
