We for Nowhere2004 we hired the 2nd generator (2.5kw) in Tudela. LeroyMerlin (Spain's version of B&Q) would have cost about 58 euros for the same period (a weekend flat rate + a day rate). They ask for between 30 and 60 euros deposit depending on the size of the generator, 2.5kw or 3.3kw. They don't rent stuff from their Zaragoza shop however!

Unfortunately, most of the ElWire outlets in the UK tend to swing towards small retails for computer case modification. The large suppliers tend to sell in industrial quantities for emergency lighting in cinemas and industrial use. The latter will always provide a better price but some may find your order so small that they may not give it the attention you think it deserves! A search for El Wire will reveal many results but the ones below have, so far, proved useful.

For Friday afternoon to Monday (anytime) they charged for two days, total 48 euros and no deposit! Really nice woman. Its in the industrial estate (poligono industrial municipal) near the fire station (bomberos).
I think they are open in the morning to 1.30 then again at 3.30 - 7pm.
