Theme: The Cabaret room will be fairly much as is with some décor up for Quixote's. As an idea I would like to see some bar stools and a few high tables like a pub, as this area could be useful after the cabaret has ended as a conversation pit.

Cabaret Livingroom

Function: Chillout space, some fun drawing games / arty things on light box
Theme: Light - walls covered in bubble wrap, possibly with it's back painted white. Fairy lights, large lightbox wall for drawing/painting on, possible video graphics display on faceparty led pixel thingy.
Light: lots, bright, every possible type and colour.
Misc: Sofas, chairs, bed, blankets, cushions - possibly have large amount of sunglasses available.

Cabaret Chillout

Contact: Adam and Josh
Function: Chill out, probably pass out.
Theme: Dark - lots of black fabric covering pretty much everything and bloack out all external light. Room only lit by uv lights then lots of uv reactive paint, string, paper, etc to highlight furniture, walls and few weird sculpture arty things.
Light: Nothing but UV
Misc: Sofas, chairs, bed, blankets, cushions
Audio/ Visual: Ambient, spacey, sci-fi, electronica. Maybe combined with sound of beating heart to give it that returning to the womb typ efeeling. Important that music does not distract from the QCCB performance next door. Otherwise ambient, spacey chillout music.
Art: Sculptures painted with uv paint or made from uv fabric, plastic, string. We're hoping to make 1000 origami cranes to suspend from the ceiling. If anyone knows how to make them and wants to make a bunch for us, we'll need all the help we can get.
