General information
- Decomp Crew and Contacts of various BOTS
- Preliminary Budgets
- Preliminary Volunteer List
- Lighting, Audio-Visual and Decor planing
- Venue: Agreed, but secret due to the limited number of tickets.
- Cloakroom run by the venue (We can use the same system and space as last year. storage needs to be sorted)
- Security run by the venue : The Big Bloke will stand around. Distinctive costume for guard is needed
- Acessibility of the planing site (Should be for Crew only?)

Budgets
- Steve, what is the update for this year?.. I've tried to make a wiki page but it won't let me... fucking pissed off as I need to get to bed now and I've just spent ages trying to get this to work so no fucking budget page... I'll post something to crew list Steve Monday night, unhappy
- Budgets to be submitted to Steve by (WHEN?)
- It looks like Decore budget is may running over last year. Need to know what the limit is..

Volunteer coordination
- 46 volunteers gathered at this point. AWESOME!
- Santi, can you please update volunteers page, on who is volunteering to do what?..
- ALL, please submit number of volunteers required to Santi.. (can we do that on the volunteers page?)

Performances, DJ and sound system co-ordination
- Steve, Santi how is preliminary schedule looking?..
- Dave B. what is the agreement on the acoustics?

Decor
- Coordination meeting Monday November 6, Central London, 7:00.. at the Burning Pub venue
- Pete, Paul, Josh, Adam, Rocio, Hanna, Neil and Barbarella Team urgently to update the Decor Page with final ideas..
- Pete, please give an update on what is going where (castle, verses bubble, verses...)

Audio Visual and Art
- Emily, please urgently review and update the Decor Page with location of art and visuals..
- Concerns that Audio Visual might clash with lighting and or Decor in some locations..

Lighitng
- Dave and Dave, please urgently review the Decor Page to make sure that lighitng supports concepts for the spaces, and spaces support lighing ideas.
- Dave and Dave, please check with Steve and Santi to coordinate lighing sequences with performances
- Paul, Josh, Adam, Rocio, Hanna, Neil and Barbarella Team insure that lighitng is described thurrowly at Decor Page
- Neil, please coordinate photo booth lighting with Dave-n-Dave
- Pete, please coordinate lighting of the outside area with Dave-n-Dave

Site coordination
- Steve/ Pete, can you give an update on this?
- First Build/Clearing day is sat 25th Nov. CONTACT Pete The venue want to build a fence seperating part of the residential area from the rest of the site. I think it's a good idea as this is the main route in for fencehoppers. We can offset the cost of this against the fee.
- The Cabaret area want leaks fixed in the roof - NOT the plumbing. This is what they require for use of the space. It will also provide us with two extra toilets. Anyone know any builders?
- There doesn't seem to be too much rubbish around at the moment and the main dance space looks quite well appointed at the mo'
- Josh offered storage space at his house but the Cabaret area will let us use a large room upstairs as part of the fix leaks/use space deal.

Site Days recap
- First Build/Clearing day is sat 25th Nov.
- Setup - Friday Night Before Decomp + Saturday Day
- Clear up - Sunday Morning After Decomp
